Four 10 Pools is owned and operated by Zach Hickey, a second-generation pool professional who grew up in a family pool business serving Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

After years of learning the trade firsthand - building, servicing, and maintaining pools the right way - Zach founded Four 10 Pools to bring that same level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and honest service back home to Harford County.
